Translations are produced in over 30 languages by native professional translators, most of whom are members of ATA (American Translators Association). In order to guarantee an excellent product, our translations are subject to three proofreadings:

1st PROOF - reviewed by the initial translator

2nd PROOF - computer spell-check is performed

3rd PROOF - by editor/proofreader

Translations are usually returned on a disk by e-mail accompanied by a hard copy laser output. ILC can tailor a translation for a specific market, i.e. Spanish for Mexico or we can produce a universal version acceptable for distribution in Mexico, Argentina and Venezuela. Translation Quality - Our translators are professionals and natives of the target country with experience and expertise in our industrial translation specialty. All translation projects involve a minimum of two separate linguists - an initial translator, chosen for his expertise and knowledge in the client's industry, and a second linguist who proofreads and edits the translation to verify accuracy.

A translation estimate can be determined in many cases within a few hours from receipt of hard copy and/or electronic files.
