Submit your video along with a written copy of the script, screen titles while noting the scene breaks and the timing sequence. This is essential for the translation process because it enables the translator and narrator to adjust the translation to fit the timing sequence on the video since most translations are approximately 20% lengthier than the original English text.

Who is the target audience?

Have you had similar manuals, brochures or other videos previously translated in this language or languages?

If so, it is a good idea to supply copies to both the translator and editor for their reference. This helps assure accurate translation and consistency with other previous translations.
